Full disclosure: We have Ring cameras at the front entry points of our home. Due to people mistreating our home in the past and since we are at times unable to meet our guests in person. We may check these cameras periodically during your stay. We take the safety of our guests and our home seriously. *We offer a thoroughly clean, staged, and well stocked space for our guests. We pay our hardworking staff a fair, living wage so that they can take great pride in the work that they do for us, and feel motivated and appreciated. Thank you for helping us to maintain a beautiful space! *Rest easy, we clean and disinfect all high contact surfaces between guests to insure the safety of each group choosing to stay with us. *Please note the spa is an amenity we do not charge for - we offer it as a bonus to our awesome guests free-of-charge. House Rules

*No guests who are not on the reservation are allowed at the house without prior arrangement. *Hot tub rules are posted by the hot tub. Please, no children under the age of 12 in the hot tub, ever. Please keep the cover on AT ALL TIMES when not in use. This keeps everyone safe (children, pets, wildlife), and keeps debris out of the hot tub, allowing a much more pleasant experience. Thank you! *NO PARTIES. A $500 fee will be applied in the event that this rule is broken. *Please, no glitter. Given the difficulty inherent in cleaning up glitter, we will add an additional $50 to the cleaning fee, if glitter is present *Smoking of anything legal in Oregon outside only, and please be mindful of the neighbors. *Please quiet down later in the evening. *Fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink, and there’s one downstairs in the game room. * Pets: Attention: we no longer allow cats to stay. They have proven to be too destructive. Evidence of cats will result in fines and/or eviction. all pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Failure to disclose pets will result in additional fines and/or eviction. Pet fees may vary depending upon length of stay, but are generally $100/pet, unless it’s a long term stay. Airbnb only offers a listing for one pet, so we can do an alteration request for additional pet fees (max 2, total). Please use discretion when allowing pets on the furniture. We have provided a grey, plush blanket in the downstairs linen closet, to cover the couch or bed, to minimize shedding and mud transfer. We truly love the pets, but we also want to keep our linens and furniture nice, for as long as possible. Thanks for understanding. And, in the same vein, please clean up after your pets in the yard. Nobody likes to step in something unsavory when they’re out enjoying nature. Thanks!

Everything, from the coffee to the parking to the in-unit laundry to the spa, we want you to feel that this is your home away from home. The homeowner has a few personal locked areas but you still have more than enough storage for you and your guests!

This place was amazing!! Had a bunch of friends fly in for my 31st birthday and we stayed here, close enough to the airport to grab everyone only 20-30mins away. We spent a ton of time in the game room! And the hot tub was able to fit the 6 of us no problem. The fire place was also very nice with the giant couch upstairs that, yet again, the 6 of us could fit on no problem. Very homey!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home! It was even better than we expected. The home is incredibly spacious and thoughtfully laid out, making it perfect for a group. Everyone had room to spread out and relax comfortably. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more, which made cooking and gathering together so easy. There were plenty of towels, the beds were very comfortable, and the entire house felt clean and well cared for. The game room was a huge highlight. Guests of all ages enjoyed it throughout the weekend, and it gave us so many fun moments together. The hot tub was also a great feature, and while we didn’t get a chance to use the sauna, it was such a nice bonus to have available. The location was ideal, and everything from parking to internet access to getting into the house was seamless. Communication with the hosts was quick and helpful, which made the entire experience stress-free. This home is perfect for families or groups!

This house was great as it accommodated 8 of us easily. Beds were big and very comfortable. It is very updated but a strong 70s vibe and neighborhood. Kitchen was well equipped but we ate in shifts as table seats 6. Our teen/20+ age kids absolutely loved the game room in basement and my husband loved the sauna. Felt safe and found nearby walking path we used in mornings.

This place was beautifully decorated and had every thing we could possibly need. The kitchen was well stocked and things were labeled. We had several questions and even though it was a holiday weekend, we always had a quick answer. It is important to know that the downstairs bedrooms and game room are quite cold. There’s only one furnace and the heat stays upstairs. Other than that it was the perfect Airbnb.

My family came in from out of town and we rented this place to have extra room and the game room! The game room was awesome and we spent most of the time in there! Everything was great and they were always very responsive. Checking out was very easy as well, not much on our end we had to do! Highly recommend
